Westchester
Sewing Machine Co. offers a 30-day, no-questions-asked, total satisfaction
return policy that covers Mundial Scissor/Shears
you buy from us. The customer
is responsible for return shipping fees. Original shipping and handling
charges are non-refundable.
Be sure to save all boxes and packing
materials in case you need to return an item. A restocking fee of 15%
may apply if you do not have original packing materials.
Westchester Sewing Machine Co. will process your return
within two weeks from the day your returned order is received. Refunds
will be credited only to the original purchasing credit card account
number.
Any items returned without an RA number,
original packaging, owner's manual, warranty information, or in
non-useable condition may void your money-back guarantee and the product
will be returned to you. This also includes defective items. Items must
be shipped within 10 days after receiving an RA number. Items not
received within this time period will be subject to a minimum 15%
restocking fee or your return may be refused. In addition,
Westchester Sewing Machine Co. is not responsible for lost or damaged packages you
return. Any International return which has accrued any customs will be
refused.

To return an item:
- THE PRODUCT MUST BE IN NEW CONDITION
AND PACKED CORRECTLY AND COMPLETELY FOR A FULL REFUND (YOUR ORIGINAL
SHIPPING AND HANDLING COST WILL NOT BE REFUNDED).
- Call 1-800-225-8342 and request a
Return Authorization (RA) number. No returns will be
accepted without an RA number.
- Write your name and address on the
return package(s).
- Repackage the items in the original
boxes and include all items that came in the boxes.
- Products which are not returned intact
will result in a prorated credit being issued based on the cost of the
missing items.
- Returned products must be clean,
unmarred, in new condition, with all accessories, original packing,
manuals, and brand warranty cards, or will be subject to a 15%
restocking fee.
- Defective products will be replaced
with the same product only.
- Please retain the tracking number as a
record of your return. We assume no responsibility for the item until
we have received and signed for the item at our warehouse.
Westchester Sewing Machine Co. will not accept any item without an RA number.
- Please note that the processing of
refunds takes up to two weeks from the day we receive the returned
items at our warehouse. It can take another 7 business days before
your credit card reflects the credit.
